I ordered an Apple iPad 4 Wifi-Cellular White 32GB from Indiatimes Shopping. I made my order on 15th May 2013 and My Order ID: 3002321885. Since then I am calling their customer care and they are responding that the order will be shipped within 2-3 days. It has been 14 days and the ordered hasn’t been shipped yet. When I asked the customer care that, Is the product in stock with you? They replied that they have the product in stock but they have no idea regarding why the product hasn’t been shipped yet.
They assigned a case manager for it but when I ask the customer care for a call from the case manager they say that the case manager will call you to inform you about the reason for the delay in shipping the product but I haven’t got any call from him.
Every time I call them they ask me to wait 2-3 days. After reading online reviews I found I am not the first person their are many others who are waiting for more than a month but their product haven’t been shipped yet or refund never made to them. So I think Indiatimes Shopping is a big SCAM and they are not gonna ship my product ever.
I have the order receipt document, screenshot proof and Customer care Chat Transcript as proof that I have made lot of communication with them and they have the product In Stock but they are not shipping it even after getting the payment.
I advise the readers don’t get fooled by their offers. If you want to waste your time and get mentally abused then only shop at Indiatimes Shopping. One last advise always use cash-on-delivery as your money is not captured by these morons so you can take wise decision before its too late.
I am going take stern steps against them and I am going to send them notice and even file a complaint in consumer court. Currently I am searching for a good lawyer so I can get a compensation for the mental abuse they have caused me.
