I had ordered "Biolage Shampoo and conditioner" from my order id 3002843434. It was delivered late and than later on I got to know that they have been delivering used items. I have asked them the same but these guys havent bothered to reply. the height of unprofessional ism and casual attitude is that they have given me wrong tracking ID for the courier through which the product was to be delivered.
This is the worst customer care support I have encountered ever. I have been getting lollypop from the customer care associates; your case manager is unable resolve this case which has been in pending status since November 2013. I have no idea what is the matter, why am I not getting information on my case id # 1206505? My latest call was disconnected by the associate and I am not supposed to use an abusive language against your team. Do you guys have any escalation procedure in place?
Please stop regretting for my inconvenience and take some action against the **case id #
