Mother of Defective Product shopping Indiatimes

*Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 T311 Tablet - 16 GB Wi-Fi 3G (White) Order No.: 3002681965 Order Date: 20-Sep-2013 01:54 PM. Case ID 1099449, Under Process.

I order Samsung galaxy tab 3 on 20 sep they sent me defective product so I return them back as they said, and it delivered them on 30 Sept Monday.

Now when I call them and ask for new one as I want replacement they are telling me everyday that their system don’t show that they have received product wowww what a bull they should redevelop their system or should stop online business.

I want new product as replacement but they give me same answer daily that you wait for few days more.*
