I placed an order on 28/10/2013 for 1pc of LG Nexus 4 phones on Indiatimesshopping.com.
It is the worst website ever and their partnership with cheaper and worst courier service provider Bluedart. My order no is 3002775313, and expected delivery date was 06/11/2013. On 06/11/2013 they changed expected delivery date to 08/11/2013. I called them to have urgent delivery of this product, but these careless people never bother about anything with their f* king courier partner( Bluedart), on 08/11/2013 when I asked I got a foolish answer that the product received back to them. and all of their representative only copy paste some lines and shamelessly repeat that’we regret for the inconvenience’.
I registered complaint case ID 1157738. I also filed a complaint in consumer forum against them now will see.
