Please refrain from using their service, they are a bunch of liars, not committed to their work and definitely lack professionalism.
I(currently in the UK) requested for a pick up from Pune and I was told the pick would be on the following day between 1 pm - 8 pm. I also received a confirmation on email. They were to send a pickup invoice, which was not raised. when I called to ask when is the pickup happening, I was told it is not happening today, as I did not answer my phone call at 10:10 am IST. imagine the stupidity, they tried to call my UK mobile number from an Indian number without dialling the country code; and they say we couldn’t reach you. I was told that now we are placing another request for a pickup which would be in the next 48 hours.
Absolutely unreliable and cannot be trusted at all. I and my friend went through a lot of stress, My friend in Pune set aside her work and waited for them; I was stressed and trying to chat and call them, but they were just not compliant. I ultimately chose another courier.
Pathetic service!
