It’s very common to see completely different pricing when you see it in price list, after adding to Cart and then Proceed to payment.
Any seller can decide their sell price but such cheap fraud is just unacceptable. When any buyer complains they have a standard reply like We are sorry....bla bla. Cut and paste against each complaint. S
