I placed my order on October 1st, but it wasn’t shipped until the 3rd. On the 6th, I received a notification that my package was “out for delivery” and would arrive by 11 PM. I tried contacting the carrier to request that it not be delivered after 9 PM, but they couldn’t even locate my package.
I reached out to Shopsy customer service, but they said they couldn’t help. Later, the carrier falsely updated the status claiming I had rescheduled the delivery for the 7th — which I never did. No one contacted me, and no delivery attempt was made. The same thing happened on the 8th, and every time I contacted Shopsy, they simply repeated that it would be delivered “today.”
Now they’re saying it will arrive on the 9th, but I’ve lost faith in their process. The entire experience has been frustrating — slow shipping, misleading updates, and unhelpful customer support.
