Please note that there is a scam running by Shopsy to safely pass the legal delivery time of “return of the product “ with the help of their Delivery Partner “EKART “ and after that enjoy the profit of selling the third grade material. I have ordered many products and out of these two products we didn’t like and chose the option of return.

Scheduled:- 2nd April (BUT NO ONE CAME TO Pick same like my first order cancelling the pickup)
I have also taken Shopsy in CC so that they can understand the pain of consumers.
Just to brief you the complaint is that SHOPSY scheduled the pickup from “E-Kart “ while lodging the return request on website and then a message came that before 9 PM EKART delivery executive shall come and product shall be picked up but no one came from E kart or called us to pick up the material also the number which is shared by the EKART while contacting them showing busy, sometimes not reachable but no call back or call received from them .
Once the day successfully passed by them then a message received after 9 pm that “due to mismatch in product your pickup is cancelled “ . But the fact is that none of the delivery boys called us or came for the pickup .
While this message came I again do the same practise and again lodge the request of return back the product but this practise is going on daily pick up request generated and after one or two days same message came “DELIVERY mismatch hence unable to pick up and in between, I also contacted Shopsy and told them the whole scam & their executive assist us that next time 100% pickup shall be done.
But on 13th April finally their legal return policy expired and in their website showing the” return request tab” successfully disappeared by the Shospy but I raised the request by email and talked with them but still they are saying we will arrange the pickup but till now no one came and resolution provided by them
I talked just now again with their delivery agent “VIVEK “ and he said “aaj k pahle kitani baar purchase kara hai aapne is website se aur waapis karna aata hai aapko? and he disconnected the phone.
That’s why I think to take it on social platforms and show the real face of Shopsy return policy. I recommend that you dont go for Shopsy. Their products are third class and your return will never happen.
I request that legal authorities take action against them & pressure them to take their scrap and refund my amount.
