My experience has been rather neutral with this company, if not very good.
It is obvious that I didn’t read the bad reviews about the company before placing the order. Otherwise, I might have refrained from placing the order.
Anyway, I’d been searching all over the local market for Dyson tower fan but couldn’t find it. Finally, came across this website while searching for this fan online.
I was so happy that I placed the order without doing any research about this website. But the good thing is, I got the fan delivered to me! Although it took them 11 days to deliver, but I was not really disappointed with that.
I do think that they should make the price more reasonable.
Overall Experience - Good!
