They don’t respond to customer mails nor do they try to resolve it. I had purchased an Amazon kindle from them. I got it after 1 month. It was working fine until one fine day it got cracked for unknown reasons. They replaced my kindle with a lesser value kindle and not my original purchased product.
They promised me a refund for the balance amount. I never received it till now. And it has been 3 months.
