My order of 4000+ Rs supplements is still pending after 50 days and 15+ frustrating phone calls to customer service. It was supposed to be delivered in less than 15 days.
NEVER NEVER order with these guys. Believe me you will save your time, energy, money and peace of mind. You will avoid frustration and harassment of dealing with some of the worst customer staff. No item shipped, No replies to mails, no online status(it doesnt work yet they say), N number of calls only to get rude and dishonest replies and feel frustrated, they disconnect calls. I agree with several other reviewers here.

Q: Its more than 2 weeks, I was told product would be delivered by now, but the online order status page still says "order confirmed". Is there a tracking number?
R: There is no tracking number. The status page doesnt work, we are trying to get it fixed, until then call us.(Btw, the page never gets fixed.)
Q: Its more than X weeks now(X=3, 4, 5, 7), you said the item would be delivered in 2 weeks.

Let me check your status.(they will keep you on hold long enough that you end up disconnecting in frustration).

Q: Ive called you 5 times, every time I was told my order is in transit. Do you have any proof that youve placed my order with provider?

Q: Can you tell me your address in Mumbai? Im being harassed, Ive lost all hopes of getting my item, I want to explore other options.
R: We are not supposed to disclose our address. Do you want to cancel order?
Q: I want to cancel my order. How many days will it take to refund?
R: We will send a mail in an half an hour and you need to confirm cancellation. Refund will be available in about 15 days.
