I have three orders pending worth Rs. 12, 000. No response on phone except a recorded voice which tells you to keep waiting. Office details not available. If they can’t provide the stuff they should be decent enough to return our money but I think the guys have disappeared with the loot. If anyone has office details please let me know. One will never have faith in internet shopping in future.
Even this damn site does not accept the comment. Things have changed since I wrote my last review. It seems they had a genuine problem with exports from the US and last week I received two of my three orders. I am sure the third one will also follow. I even got a call from their office apologizing for the delay. I am sure the problems have been sorted out and things will improve for the better.
