I have placed an order for planters nuts on 2nd December and my order number is SYWORD1204 and now I am not able to get through their customer service nor they are contacting nor they have delivered my product and website is still showing that order is confirmed ( I would recommend please don’t buy anything from this website if u want peace of mind. :(
