Bought a Kindle Fire from Amazon. When I spoke with the customer care they had sufficient knowledge of the product and seemed like they were responsible. So I placed my order on 2 Feb and it was delivered promptly on 9 Feb.
My Kindle Fire works quite well, I was able to download some books from Amazon which I am excited to start reading, also lots of apps and features in this model of the Kindle.
Overall the service was good and I am happy with my order. Would recommend. Planning to get a Kindle Case from them soon, will re-post again.
