Once you order your product, talk to the customer service executive, you assure your self everything goes smooth and fine....
Once your waiting period for the product is over and you dont get a call or an e-mail from SYW for shipping your product your hopes for getting that product starts shattering...
I dont know how do they do that. Before ordering the product customer service executive takes the call in just 5 secs but once your waiting period is over I dont know how every CS Executive gets busy with every other customer but YOU.
I had booked Google Nexus 4 Smartphone by LG (8GB) from shop your world on 24th Nov 2012. I had been given a waiting period of 12-15 working days. Its been one month.
Try this Trick : Create a new account in shop your world, add 2-3 big items to your cart, take your order upto payment gateways and when it prompts to enter your credit card details just enter random numbers and get out of the gateway. Next day youll get a call from the chief sales executive MR. JASMINE OZA himself asking sir whats the problem you couldnt book an item yesterday ???
Guys U were real lucky, at-least they cancelled your order. I mailed them to cancel my order at cs@shopyourworld.com & jasmine.oza@shopyourworld.com its still showing ORDER CONFIRMED.
Please guys help me and please let me know how to get my money back ???
