I ordered 2 nexus 7’s in December, and what a mistake they have turned out to be. Perpetually in transit, and now awaiting refund since 3 weeks. I have emailed them consistently, called them with no avail. Sent a letter to their physical address, then finally got a call that they’ll return the amount in 2 days. Still waiting for that glorious day to come.
Pathetic in every department. Please do no even think on going on their site. Thinking of suing them in the consumer court now. Any other advice is appreciated.
