I had ordered an item with the number 20127-24696 on 26/7/2012 worth Rs. 3022.00 but till to date I am to get the item. I have been asking them for an update since October 2012 but the reply was always that it would be delivered by next week. This is the reply which I get every time but never materializes. I asked for a refund in December 2012 but that too did not happen. In January 2013, I was again told that it was in transit. I told them, if they are not able to to give a refund and that was my final decision but till to date that has not happened. Its February 2013 now.
Moreover, its so difficult to contact them. Trying the chat online is like waiting for ever. The reply ’All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly.’ is all you get and you get cut off. If lucky an operator may assist you after waiting for more than an hour. Trying to call them is another headache. They hardly pick up and even if they do one is told to wait and then they cut you off. I have written to them also but to no avail.
Is there anyone who got their problem solved by other means? Please also inform me so that I too can get a refund.
