I had ordered a Kindle in April 2012 and it took about 5 months to get the money back(after a long battle). Then many people said they have improved their services. I wanted to experiment and ordered a iphone case in Oct 2012.As usual, it is on the way--no responses-hanging the phone --very frustrating(the funniest thing is a promo ad in my mail for the same product that is yet to be delivered). The battle continues.PLEASE AVOID ORDERING THROUGH THEM.AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
I am little suspicious of their business model --our money gets locked with them ..good money -no interest ..Don’t be tempted to order.
