It’s the worst courier service in the world, why ? I am waiting for my parcel which they picked up in Delhi and it did not reach Agra up till now. It’s 6days back when it started from Delhi. One can reach Agra from Delhi by simply walking in less than 6 days. Please don’t relie on this sadu company.
