I use to send regular couriers through them. They always delayed the courier which was ok. This time however, I sent a courier to my daughter and they took out a whole pack of dry fruits. It was packed in such a way that the dry fruits pack was holding a lot of other things in the box in their place. Because the box was removed a lot of other things were damaged. When I complained they not only misbehaved but their reps were really rude and unprofessional. Do not use their service.
Big No No. Never using their service again.
