Hi Friends!Today I will write my experience with Shree balaji Sweets-Panki -Kanpur.As by its name you know it is a sweet shop so there is no need of mine to explain you about itNow talking about its location so it is located at Yadav Market, Shivli Road, Panki, Kanpur.Its timnig is from 11 Am to 11 PM.They have varieties of Sweets and Namkins. Now lets start in details below.
Food And Presentation-As we know it is a sweet shop.So You can get here Chena sweet, Gulab Jamun, Sponge Rasgulla, Jalebi, Lal Peda, Safed Peda and Nariyal ke Laddo, Gujia, Sweet Samosa.In namkins you get Samosa, Namkin Khurme, Daalmoth, Mathri etc.But talking about their food quality so it is worse as their sweets are filled with too much sugar therefore lost the true taste.Their Chena sweet is not fresh as they mix Rice powder in the chena.Safed Peda and Safed Barfi is also not tasty at all as they have filled with dense fragrance of Kewda therefore lost their taste. Coming to Namkins so Samosa are too much bad as they served Dahi raita and red chutney with samosa raita was not fresh and giving foul smell and chutney was also not fresh too much sour in taste.The oil which they use for cooking is of very low quality and stinks a lot.Talking about presentation so they serve you sweets in the piece of new paper and samosa in torn plastic plates.they have zero sense of presentation of food it is so pathetic.
Ambience-No ambience at all .As there is no sitting arrangements in shop you have to stand out of shop and eat your food.There is a dirty iron shutter is fitted on entrance of the shop and the shutter is cover with black oily dust particles.They placed their sweets counter out of the shop you can see the flies, flying over sweets .They have place their stove out of the shop and the cook Samosa in big iron Caldurn and their caldurns are very dirty too.The entire location and ambience of shop is like village you will feel that you have come to a dirty shop of village.
Customer Service-Yes it is quick and fast but you have to wait for Jalebi and Samosa as it takes time to fry.Major point here is you have to talk to them in high voice as the person on counter is hard of hearing therefore he does not hear low and normal voice so do not get irritate while talking to him.Overall customer service is average here neither it is pathetic nor it is excellent.
Value For Money-This is absent here as first of all they serve you poor quality food items.Their sweets are yucky moreover no sitting arrangement here which is a big minus point for a tired person as every one needs to sit peacefully at a food point and enjoy his food .Another fault is its location seems so awkward and irritating.So according to my experience this place is not a place which value for money.
You can only go here for Lal Peda and Namkin khurme as these items are ok rest are worse.
