I have worked in the shree cement limited for 4 years, so I know this company very well and my hometown also in beawar where shree cement company is situated.
There are two culture I have observed in shree cement:
If you are company employee then this company is very good, best allowances and good treats to each other.
But if you are not the company employee then you will be very much harassed and tortured, and company staff don’t do the good behavior with them.
So I felt it is very bad there otherwise everything are ok.
