Very poor after sales service. Nobody bother once the product(Car) is being sold. Client needs to follow up for everything. Sales person has no enough information about either product or processes and timeline post purchases. Client needs to follow up for payment receipts, refund of excess payment, status of loan arranged by dealer. Very poor response and took so much time to revert. The customer has to suffer a lot due to this. Will be difficult for a customer when after buying a car with decent price he has to followup for such stupid things. There is no proper quotation given at the time of purchase.
Sales person has no clarity or details of how the bill amt is being generated and how it will be interpreted.
