I traveled on 8/2/2015 from Nanded to Pune via Shree Khurana Travels(bus number MH28 F 3999) booked. I had following bad experiences with this bus:
We had booked 5 tickets(4L, 3L, 8L, 7L, 2U) and when we asked for blanket, attendant and driver said it will be given after some time. After waiting for 1 hour, we asked them again, so they said that they dont have blankets. We argued then both attendant and driver both spoke very rudely. Then they gave us only 3 old and used blankets containing lot of smell.
Other passengers were not even given the blanket. It was said that blanket are not available.
The attendant didnt even announced that this bus will be leaving at 9:15 pm inspite of us waiting there for 30 mins.
The attendant didnt have the respect, duty and courtesy to put our luggage inside the bus storage. We requested him to open the luggage storage cabin to put our luggage in. He repeatedly asked us that they are not responsible for the loss of luggage. He expected us to pick and put and arrange the luggage inside the storage cabin.
The driver rode very fast and we were just rolling from left to right and vice versa. At night, it was not stopped at proper hotel where ladies could go to a deserved washroom.
I would be posting my this experience at other websites so that people should not use Khurana travels. How one can travel in a AC sleeper bus without blankets? I would request Prasanna not to allow booking of this travel through their website as it creates a bad image for Prasanna too. I booked thinking that this might be good travels as it is listed in Prasanna.
