The delivery boy will ask you to come and collect the courier from their office. No one heads to escalation . Infact they justify the act of their staff. Outright rude and arrogant staff. Wrongly mark couriers undelivered and keep it with themselves. They lie that they have been calling you. When you show the logs they again blatantly say we won’t deliver.
