Dear Irresponsible Shree Maruti Courrier Team,
Action to be taken against the delivery guy, Ashwath, contact no. +91807340xxxx
As per delivery tracking ID no. 23007200053465 on Shree Maruti Courriers website. My order showed - " Return due to party unavailable" FALSE!
Ordered on 31st July..... item returns to Bombay / Pune updating that "Party Unavailable" FALSE FALSE FALSE.
Delivery wasnt attempted at all. So I called Bombay Head Office, Mr. Sandeep helped to get my parcel re-transport back to Blr.
This time Item reached on 16th Aug to my nearest delivery hub, Banshankari and to not let the FOOLING AROUND CYCLE REPEAT, I called Maruti Customer Care, the Agent CONFIRMED - "your order returned due to NON DELIVERY ZONE" by Shree Maruti Courrier. I explained the whole story & asked her to check where is my parcel currently. Agent, this time confirms it has left Mahadevapura Hub & is at Banshankari Hub and shared the branch number.
I spoke to Ms. Radha, she confirmed that in 2 days by THURSDAY or TUESDAY as they have only one day in a week delivery policy, Ill get my order.
Thursday, 17th Aug, I got a call from Delivery Boy Ashwath - 080734 0xxxx. Who first started enquiring rudely and disgustingly.
Where is this address?
I dont know the area. Let me see.
He disconnected my call when I started to explain him the directions towards my apartment. And when I called him back, he kept disconnecting my call.
Finally, I shared my location on GPS to the delivery boys WhatsApp and when there was no response, I called him after an hour on his WhatsApp no. He picked and said the following -
Its not my problem, that your delivery hub is shutdown and your area doesnt come under our delivery location. So lets see.
Delivery is not possible, you can collect it from office if you want, I have left the parcel there.
I helplessly asked for location, to which I got a driving Schools location. Now my point is.... I have paid to goosebumps & its not my fault that my order doesnt fall under any delivery partners delivery location. I can be denied delivery and informed the TRUTH, and refunded with my money. SIMPLE!
So now I call back Radha, at Banshankari Hub, she confirms that now your parcel is moved to Kanakpura Branch, someone will deliver.
Here the delivery boy confirmed that Branch is shut down. So I asked Ms. Radha for a contact no. & she put me on hold for 1 minute and came back saying the number is switched off. FALSE INFORMATION ONCE AGAIN.
Now, for a PAID PARCEL, and for something so easily solvable, Ms. Radha & the delivery Boy Ashwath started lying.
I called Mr. Sandeep again and shared my order no. Address, Location etc. He confirmed" Ho jayega". Today 18th August, the delivery boy calls again asking the following in the same, rude & insulting manner this time. WHAT AUDACITY?
You did not come to collect the parcel?
I told him that you must have received orders from Mr. Sandeep, Bombay to deliver to my address, and he UPFRONT DENIED.
I have no such calls. I cant do anything. I dont know your Delivery Area at all.
I asked him, if he knows Anjanapura Bus Depot, he said YES, further I was giving him directions and he disconnected again.
Now Im done with these Harassment that for a PAID ORDER, IM BEING HARASSED BY THE DELIVERY BOY. HE IS FOOLING AROUND.
I called Mr. Sandeep once again in Bombay, this time he shared Banshankari Hubs Managers no. I called the manager and complained about the delivery boy because of whom my order parcel is being tossed, turned, returned, re-shipped and now was lying un-delivered. Delivery boy denying to deliver inspite of me sharing the location on his WhatsApp no. +91807340xxxx
And the Manager says - "I know all that happened" leave the delivery boy, Ill come to deliver it personally, today or tomorrow.
This means, that, it is not the first time or one in odd cases of non-delivery. But a known & prevailing habit by Shree Maruti Courrier. I have read many other Google reviews of the same pattern.
RETURN ITEMS LYING UN-DELIVERED & FALSE UPDATE THAT "PARTY UNAVAILABLE" where as the truth is a delivery partner is choosing not to deliver. If the area is under non delivery zone, then there are no alternatives. WHY?
Finally when I wrote stinker emails, after 17 days my order was put onto a PORTER SERVICE by the delivery guy, Ashwath and I got the parcel.
I was harassed and troubled by Marutis delivery boy, troubling me by withholding my parcel, denying me delivery for 15 days & speaking disrespectfully & rudely till the end.
I NEED AN APOLOGY & THE DELIVERY BOY SHOULD BE TAUGHT HOW TO BEHAVE.
