Hello everyone, My brother who is living in Delhi has broken his mobile and I have a extra mobile handset in my home . So I courier mobile handset 20 days back with shree nandan courier service pvt ltd from Lucknow to Delhi but the mobile handset didn’t deliver till now. I courier mobile handset on 9 September 2017 and I got message on 10 September 2017 that the courier is delivered but when I called my brother about this he said courier is not delivered now . Then I called customer service support about this then they are saying that they send wrong sms on my mobile and apologizing for that, that’s not a big issue on that time . But after few days I again called on customer care number when my courier didn’t delivered and they informed me that the courier will deliver soon and it got late due to external factor in environment and I believed on them . Then again after 5 days I called on there number but no one responded from my number, I called them many times . Then I called with someone other number and they picked up my phone and when I asked about my courier they are talking me with rude and unprofessional behavior and now its been 20 days and my courier is not delivered till now.I don’t know how much time they take but I m waiting for the delivery because I dont have any other option but the service and support by company staff is very pathetic and uncooperative .
