Established beside the Karajigi Railway Station by Paramapujya Sri Vittal Joshi, a devout follower of Sri Raghavendra Swamy and Sri Lakshmi Narasimha, the mutt flourished through the immense efforts and contributions of Sri Srinivasa Acharya, a devoted disciple of Sri Raghavendra Swamy and a visionary entrepreneur from Belguam.
