It is managed by 3 conmens - the senior most being Jaydev Kotak followed by his sons Sandip and Kunal Kotak who too have a Masters Degree in Cheating!
1) Lie - His website https://shreeramtours.com/aboutus.html claims that he is the PSA(preferred selling agent) for Thomas Cook since last 2 years.
Truth - Thomas Cook has said openly that they have discontinued their relation with Shree Ram Tours and travels since past 2 years. So guys he is not the PSA for Thomas cook since 2 years and he claims exactly the opposite of it!
2) Lie - He claims to be working with Kuoni Travels
Truth - There is no way he is related to Kuoni Travels which again was confirmed by Kuoni travels themselves. It is just that any travel agent can sell the packages offered by Kuoni Travels and this does not mean they are working with Kuoni travels. So basically Shree ram Tours is misusing the name of Kuoni Travels for their benefit!
3) Truth - He has cheated many people of their money and is well known as the biggest fraud company of that locality, certified even by the police officials of that area.
4) Truth - He has numerous sections like Section 420 - Cheating, Section 406 - Breach of trust, Section 34 - Creditors fraud cases registered against him.
Thus as a matter of fact - Shree ram Tours and Travels are Veterans in double dealing, deception and chicanery. They are absolutley dishonest and unprincipled people. They also make fake Id’s on mouthshut and try to overtrun the true negative feedbacks on them!
