Well, I would like to admit here that Im a little biased against pure vegetarian restaurants, especially while Im in Bandra West.
I went there during the lunch hours and it was crowded as hell with inadequate ventilation. Also, the AC wasnt working on that particular day. The food was served quite late which affected my work hours as I had to rush to work post lunch. However, I believe that an hours time should be sufficient to serve n settle an order for 2 tandoori rotis and paneer tikka masala. What say?
Each time, I had to call one or the other guy for cutleries, pickles and even water, to begin with. With the prices on the higher side, theres nothing wrong in one expecting a better service. Not that I wanted a special treatment or something. What I expected wast the every basic for any restaurant that anyone might visit.
The biggest glitch I found was that they dont accept cards and I had to convince them to let me go and get the cash as I was all alone. I mean, how often do you expect a restaurant like this not accepting cards. However, I am not too sure if that was a glitch on that particular day or they actually dont accept cards, ever. If that be the case, I wonder how difficult it would be for people to manage.
I mean, who keeps ample cash in the wallet these days? At least, I dont. To add on to the crisis, they were behaving as if I was going to run away without paying. They sounded so rude and impolite to me. Must say, theonly good thing about this restaurant is its location.
In the future, I would rather die of hunger than enter this place, only to get humiliated by a bunch of irresponsible fools!
