The worst courier service I have ever seen till date.
Kindly read the full content to understand my 1st line of strong statement.
My brother-in-law was about to receive a courier from Pune which contained Passport and some legal documents.
The concerned authority handed the parcel to Shree Tirupati courier service in Pune to Mr. Rathod in Chinchwad, Mr Pramod had promised that it will be delivered the next day by Premium service. Which was not done.
Till Monday when we did not receive the parcel, we took Mr. Pramod’s number and contacted him. His first excuse was "Saab barish bohot ho raha hai"
Then on Wednesday when we asked Mr. Pramod
When we asked him that if the parcel is in Mumbai we can directly collect it as it had important documents. His disappointing statement was that he has no idea where the parcel is and took 45 minutes to find out the same and the parcel was still in Pune since Friday. The tracking number was given then.
After calling him several times he said that he will send it by Premium service that I will receive it before 1300 hrs on Thursday. But we did not.
Then we started calling the branch in Andheri E, they told it’s in Andheri west Branch but they did not had the number of Andheri west Branch. I searched it on Google and found out.
When I called the Andheri branch office and had talk with Mr. Jitesh, his initial response was not friendly. He told us that the parcel is already out for delivery but was not ready to share the number of that delivery guy so that we can directly pick up from him. He later gave the number.
After a very long struggle we got that parcel in hand by contacting that deliver guy and meet8ng him on road. We felt like we finally claimed the mount Everest
I still strongly stand to my statement that Shree Tirupati courier service is the worst courier services I have ever seen till date.
