Planned a Mysore trip. Booked the tour from Shree tours and ended up not going there.
Pick from Bangalore was schedule at 6.30am. Vehicle didn’t arrive until 8am. Called the driver and owner repeatedly. No one answer or communication regarding any delay. And had to return back home. Driver called at 8.30am saying that he was stuck in traffic.
Very poor service and very rude staff. Never ever will I book any cabs or service from this travels. Very disappointing. Hope I get a refund atleast.
