Shrek forever After!
The Final chapter of the Shrek Series was released in the year 2010 and was equally entertaining and fun to watch as any other movie from the series.
This film starts with the king Harold and queen Lillian being apprehensive to change their daughter from an Ogre to a girl again.
Shrek has gone tired of playing a very good son in law of the family and wants to lead a normal life with his wife that is Fiona and his little kid.
But unfortunately it is not that simple to fulfil the wish as he loves his wife and knows that she loves her parent s too much to leave them and move away.
The sweet little love story and all the pros and cons of that are shown and depicted in very human and genuine manner. Due to some reason Fiona gets angry with Shrek after a fight and stops talking to him . Shrek tries everything to gain her trust and love once again , tries to explain what exactly was the situation and they patch up after all this.
Situation arises where all ogres are held and it could be solved only if Fiona kisses shrek which she does after long persuasion exactly before the time he is about to disappear . He is saved by Fiona atlast. Shrek embraces his friends and family with a new found appreciation for everything he has, truly living happily forever after. I hope more movies in animation come like this which are complete entertainer and are extremely close to heart.
