I think that you can get some sort of standards when you go out to buy food. Unfortunately the standard at this hotel was very poor. Having entered to this hotel, I had waited for several minutes in the bill counter to get order. The man who sat in the counter was simply speaking in the phone and never minded me. Finally he placed my order and get me a bill to get parcel. Then I entered to the parcel section to get my order. That was very poor experience because I waited for more than 40 minutes to get a single Dosa and a set of Parotta. Also the guy who works in parcel section didn't gave proper response. Atlast I got my parcel and came home. Once open the parcel I realize that they forget to put Kurma for Parotta. This was my very bad experience in this hotel.
