In krishnajanambhumi temple in Mathura entered standing on a queue and they maintained separate lines for male and female .Just entered and proceeded through sprawling path and first we stepped into Kans Karagar.Chanting Lord krishnas hymn we entered and visited the dark room or cage where Lord Krishna is believed to be born.
We moved towards the main shrine where Lord Krishna along with his beloved Radha are placed .They are swaying on a swing .Just beside his altar other deities of Vishnu Avatar are postured .We observed and got an inexplicable, indescribable mental peace.Camera , pen drive, mobile nothing is allowed .We mooched around at the roomy roof of the temple and saw the Yamuna flowing downstairs in birds view.In the temple so many rooms and turrets are there.
All priests even foreigners who fell in love with Krishna consciousness were dancing open handedly without shillyshallying. The psalm of madhusudan Krishna reverberated within the walls of the temple. We then visited yamuna ghaat and dwarkadheesh temple.Mathura has a railway station and very close to historical city of Agra.Anyone can go and cherish the memories all through life.
