Unprofessional and incompetent.
Someone else has registered my email address here, I’ve got someone else’s statement.
As a honest person, I tried to contact the sender and report this mistake. I could not. The service sends emails from non-existent email account. Standard emails like support, abuse, info etc do not work. There are no contact emails on the company’s site. In the email, in case of mistake, the sender recommends to contact my local servicing branch. It is insane, because I do not live in India.
It is not how professional and competent business works. It is quite the opposite of competent. I do not recommend this business.
