Sringeri Sharada Peetha is the Advaita Vedanta Dharma established by Adi Shankara in 8th century AD. The matha is on the banks of the Tunga River in Chikkamagalur district, Karnataka, India. Since Sringeri is mainly divine place and accommodation is provided by the Sringeri Math and its administration. There are a number of guest houses which provide safe and hygienic accommodation options close to the temples and the Math. Shankara Kripa, Sharada Kripa, Yatri Niwas and Bharati Vihar are the main accommodations provided by the Math. The Shree Bharathi Teertha Kripa, a newly constructed lodge in the Math premises also provide AC rooms.
