I had one of the worst experiences with Shriram Car Insurance. Their customer service is extremely poor, and it’s almost impossible to get proper updates on claims. The claim settlement process takes forever, and they keep asking for unnecessary documents again and again. The staff is not at all helpful — rude and unresponsive. I totally regret choosing them. Please think twice before trusting this company for your car insurance.
