My friend has a Toyota etios, was repaired under insurance and still waiting for the refund from shriram insurance still 10 months! Submitted all the papers, Sent several email, called 100 times, still there is no proper response from any of their customer service section.’Very bad service’ will be nothing for commenting about their service.
