I hold a sriram general insurance for my commerical car. I had my accident in Oct 19 and I got my money in March 2020. I request to everyone that never ever buy any policy from them. Starting from their customer service center IVR says there is no 1 to pick up your call please call later, the team who manage file and give approval they never pick your phone you keep trying but their Headoffice number and rest of the employee no 1 pick up your call. Now 1 number is available of nodal officer Mr. Promad he is son of btch put your in black list so you can’t call. Another a hole Shobhit and Lalit they never give any resolution instead they will not pick up your call. Now comes to senior level 1 lady name tanusree jain I mail her no revert from her. List is very long. In short never buy an product from them it’s a team of cow dung. When I recieved my claim I have no idea on what basis they deducted my amount. I paid 90k they gave 60k. I called them everyday every second every minute. It was horrible Experience. Team of a holes.
