I have booked a flat in ShriRam Yuva/WYTFIELD and they promised Pre-Emi reimbursement till completion and suddently when the EMI started crossing 15K, Their CRM team stopped paying the Pre-EMI and made me bear the EMI even though project is not completed.
I have been blocked in bank with Loan & keep paying the EMI till date, Yet Amenities & BESCOM are not completed. But their legal & CRM is harassing to pay the amount for Amenities which is not yet completed & still take more than 6 months to complete.
If Builder didnt complete the project then no charges but if the Buyer didnt pay the amount they will levy the holding/late Fe charges? I dont why RERA is encouraging such behavior & not taking any action.
Rera should bring an amendment to document everything what Builders are saying as part of agreement or Saledeed.
