My policy renewal on dated 22 sept 2022 and the company auto debit on dated 10th sept 2022 and again 20th sept 2022 I paid the penalty charges to the bank for around Rs.1200 when I talk to customer care they said me you are said yes for auto debit. When the auto-debit date is 22 September then the company why cut in advance auto-debit. Continue call from customer care to submit the payment starting from 2 months policy expiration date. Fraud company not trustable.
