Very worst service center. No one had common manners. Until we ask question they are fine with us. Once we started asking questions to understand the problem they will answer rudely. Yesterday(27-MAY-2020) I have raised complaint for washing machine. As it is giving dE error. Service person visited my place after a hour. Initially he did some cleaning in the back side of the machine and started. Me and my wife had a experience of its running with in 2 secs he did something and stopped working. When I asked he said it didnt start at all. When we started asking question he started answering rudely. finally he said he need to take the front panel to service center and check. Before checking it self he coated 3200/-. I said verify it and confirm. While leaving he asked for 1000/- advance. I have paid it. He mentioned while giving the note for 1000/- those are all genuine samsung spares and 1 year warranty, and if I take the decision and give at the time he can return and fix by next day i.e 28-MAY-2020 morning 10 to 11 AM. I said I m fine as he will bring it at 11 AM. He left home. Next day i.e 29-May I called him at 11:30 around to inquire about the timing. He said it is in testing and will get ready by 12:00 PM he said he will come by 12:30 or 1:00 PM. Again I called him at 1:30 PM as he is not turned up. At that time he started shouting at me even though I am asking calmly. Finally he came to home at 3:30 PM and fixed it. Machine is running. I asked him what he changed, he said door sensor and some ICU kind When he is giving the bill I asked for itemized bill. He said he cannot give itemized bill as company informed not to give. When I asked about warranty he is only one month if something happens in one month I have to call their service so that they will come and fix. When I had a talk for itemized and warranty he started shouting and started saying if we dont need service he will take the part and leave the machine. When ask for old one he said it can not be returned. Finally I am forced pay remaining amount. when I check the machine even when I open the door machine still running. I stared asking about it he said this is how it will work as he directed the door sensor. Nothing informed about this direct connection to me earlier. I started asking questions on if he changed the sensor it should work as expected. He replied in a rude manner if I need the service he will keep it or he will take it and go. When I called the number given in the bill receipt to check the issues and report the behavior other side person replying in very worst manner. No sense of service. I strongly not recommend this service. Please dont be another victim.
