I had a very bad experience with this jewellery show room. I went on for purchasing a bracelet. Models that are in shop we didn’t like, so sales guy told "sir you can order which ever model you want". So I selected some model and gave the order. They say their gold rate is low, but actually it is not so.
They will take 24 carat gold rate for ornament making. But usually ornament will be made with 22 carat gold. that’s the difference here. they took almost 250rupees as extra per gram gold as making charges .that is nothing but they will show as 24carat gold rate.
We ordered on Monday, he asked to collect on Thursday. We called before going, he said come at 7.30pm. we went at 7.30, but he told item has to come from koramangala, so come at 8.30. We went again at 9pm, waited.waited .one person came at 10.30pm. So we thought finally we got the product, but the item model he brought is different. Lets say we ordered model A, he brought model B.
We extremely disappointed and told its different model, as we already had its photo copy and showed the same to management. they tested it for 15min and kept silent. then we asked for our money back which we deposited for order. They gave it back. Bottom line is its waste of time going to this shop, they will try to cheat you.
