A beautiful movie providing wholesome entertainment and full of intelligent comedy moments and most of all giving a message of love that any kind of love is not a crime thought it may not be appealing to everyone but still everyone has a right to spend his or her in their own way, as prevalent in today's Indian society as gay love is still not whole heartedly acceptable in Indian conservative society.
Ayushman khurana does a wonderful in acting as always as his counterpart jitendra impresses with his naive innocence. The story revolves in the backdrop of conservative Indian family Neena Gupta playing the orthodox Indian mother and is the movie basically tries to break the stereotypes of a same sex relationship acceptance in our present society. While Ayushman plays the dominant role of among the both partners confident to gain the acceptance of the family jitendra plays more of a hopeless partner not confident enough that their love will ever win. Songs are beautiful and not to mention the direction is beautiful.
All in all loved the movie and wishing more movies like this should come but its yet to be seen if this kind of movies get accepted by the mass indian orthodox society.
But for a film lover only looking for entertainment its a must watch !
