Do not put yourself and your family members into danger by buying this product. I have purchased this product two months ago. The agent approached me with a nice power point presentation about the product. He claimed that they are manufacturers of Kent RO water purifiers and they are entering into direct marketing for more profit. The product he showed me was exactly same as Kent RO water purifier! Same design, same number of filters and exactly same functionality.
Last week, in the mid-night the purifier fell down and broken into pieces. Fortunately no one was in the kitchen at that time. When we analyzed, we saw the plastic hook was broken due to the weight of water in the purifier. This must have happened to all who have bought this product or it can happen any time. Very poor quality plastic. The electric wire was also broken and fallen down. Similar incident is more than enough to kill one of our family members.
Next day I checked for the warranty card. To my surprise there is no address mentioned in it! Unfortunately I never noticed this before. Two contact numbers were given. Both were not answered. I tried to call the same agent he also never answered my call. Now I cannot get service, I lost my all money. I cannot even register a complaint in the consumer court, because there is no address mentioned anywhere. The only option left out to me is to file a case against the agent for cheating me. I tried to save 30% on Kent and lost 100% of my money.

What happens once you are trapped?
They will contact you for few more days for getting reference of your friends.
The purifier will not work for long, either it will break-down its own on your floor(dangerous) or it will stop functioning.
You cannot catch the same agent/seller again. They just vanish into thin air.
There is no customer care and no one to answer your call(even if you find a number from internet)
I am trapped, what can I do with that purifier?
Admit the fact that you got cheated and use it carefully. Make sure you place this water purifier with ground support(never wall-mount it). Throw it and buy a good branded purifier when it stops functioning(you have no other choice).
