It is a good place for Law education

Shyambazar Law College is affiliated to Calcutta University providing 5 years B.A.L.L.B course. Founded in the year 2012, this institution has already carved a niche and has become a popular destination for the students.

I have visited this college last year to gather information about the course details for one of my relative, as he was planning to study law after his class 12 examination.

This college is an un-aided private institution founded by S.S. Educational Trust. It is approved by Department of Higher Education( Govt. of West Bengal) and recognized by Bar Council of India, New Delhi.

I stay in South Kolkata and this college is situated in Shyambazar, a very popular and premium place in North Kolkata. I used Metro to reach there. The college is not very far from Shyambazar Metro station, so getting access to the place from any part of the city is not a problem.

The college seems to have proper infrastructure to provide quality law education. The ambiance of the institution is good and peaceful. The class room are spacious, well ventilated and this institute can take pride for its Library. It has a huge collection of books.

A candidate should have scored at least 45% marks in this 10+2 exam to get  admission in to 5 years B.A.L.L.B course.

Obtaining a Law degree from Calcutta University itself a major achievement for any lawyer. So, students passing from this institution has bright career prospect. He can opt for Master degree in law or start working in several law firms, or can appear for exams to get a highly secured jobs in judicial sector, administrative sector and other corporate sectors as well.

Overall, a good college to get a degree in law. I am recommending it.
