We used Siddhaganga Travel buses. We took a 250kms package. After 120Kms drivers stopped moving and when asked they said they have been informed by the owner to do it. We spoke to owner and straight forward Mahesh said that’s how they make money and if everyone uses 250 kms then the profits will be negligible.
After that he started abusing badly and drivers started fighting. We immediately had to get down the bus as it was a danger situation for us. The driver also started abusing our other team mates. We called up other transport company and the new bus arrived in 4 hours. It was a trauma for us and we plan to take this matter in court.
I am not saying that their service was bad or something. I am saying We were lucky to be safe for 4 hours with them. I have also heard incidents of stealing by drivers and conductors.
The people of travel company are also well connected with big shots so you might land up in bigger trouble if you fight with them. I was a complete nightmare and since then no one from our company has used their service.
Strictly advice to stay away from this travel agency.
