I own a Royal Enfield Classic 350 bike and I have taken my bike for service at 2-3 Service centers of my town and outside and I found that Siddhivinayak Automobiles provide the best Quality service for Royal Enfield Bikes.
Mechanics are well experienced and Friendly.
Service Advisors and workshop manager are very Friendly, Kind and Helpful.
Their service is a class apart and their work shows how professional they are.
Even when there are lots of customers and there is alot of load on the service centre it’s so good to see how they manage everything so nicely and deliver their customers their bikes on time.
The management is very strong. One day, a day before Vishwakarma puja ( A Hindu festival on which we clean and worship our vehicles and gadgets so that they last long, keep us safe and give us a trouble free experience) I went there with my bike as there was some noise coming from the chain. When I reached there inspite of being alot of crowd I was assisted and my problem( chain and wheel bearing were changed) was solved within 3 hours. I had to remove some accessories and that was also done free of cost. I told them not to wash my bike because I knew they will charge money for they but my service advisor said Tomorrow is Vishwakarma puja sir, No bike is going to leave the workshop without getting washed that too free of cost. These small things make the customer Happy.
Their waiting room is pretty good and you can get the view of entire workshop from there.
At last I would like to say that Siddhi Vinayak Royal Enfield has gave me the best service experience.
