Shree Siddhivinayak temple being one of the most visited, the richest and the popular temple in Mumbai, has a small mandap with a shrine for Siddhi Vinayak and the place is very clean and tidy which creates a feeling of spirituality among the devotees. The inner roof the sanctum is plated with gold and the wooden doors to the sanctum are carved with images of the Ashtavinayak. However, the temple has no proper management setup. The security doesn’t know to deal with the public and the rush. There’s also a hanuman temple in the periphery. Thousands and thousands of devotees visit the temple to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha. The grand aarti done during the morning and in the evening time are worth the visit. Many B-Town celebs could be seen in the temple every now and then. Also there are various vendors selling sweets, flowers and accessories outside the premises. Divine blessings are on!
